Also I think last time I sent a text on my phone was about 2 years ago. Then I got internet and never looked back.

I have used a mobile phone a few times in my life.

Mostly for internet and photography purposes.

Landline calls are free so I try to use them whenever I can.

I only have 100 free minutes for mobile calls so I try to control those so I pay the bare minimum every month.

It's kind of shocking how texting has taken over these days. I remember when I had to make phone calls to friends to see what was up and if they wanted to hang out. Now you just text them and wait two hours for the 'k'.
 
I'm used to having a certain friend reply to those with a "hnnng" or an "aaaahhh" or even a "lsglgld".

Yeah, though personally, I'm not a fan of texting. Even with emoticons, you have to get really creative not to sound superficial or lifeless through text.

It's easier on, say, a forum, because your messages will generally be larger inherently, not to mention you have far more at your disposal. But even then that's still the case to some extent.
