I learned CSS initially by taking other people's codes and seeing what all the tags did.

Basic CSS is all you need to know. This applies to all web development stuff. If you need anything complex it's so easy to just look up the code and grab it.

Yes, I did! I really like how my second attempt turned out; much more than my first attempt ahaaa.

But yeah. I learned CSS by also taking things from other people's signature and messing with the coding myself. Though lately I've just been using text CSS to alter the text in my signature. I've had some signatures with a lot of coding in the past though.

Nothing has been decreased.

Each thread has 30 000 posts, which means 30 000 is added to the count for each thread. Before this there have been seven threads, which makes it 30000x7=210 000, and on that we add the number of posts in this thread.
So we're exactly on the count, no hundreds back or anything. :D
