    Oh my...I could make a long list on my favorite voice actors. (Especially Japanese voice actors.) But I guess I'll list out my top five:

    Sakura Tange - Sakura Kinomoto (Cardcaptor Sakura)
    Tomokazu Sugita - lots of characters from lots of stuff (Black Lagoon, Chobits, Haruhi, Kanon 2006, Kodomo no Jikan, Lucky Star, Macross Frontier, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, and Umineko no Naku Koro ni were the ones I heard him in)
    Junko Iwao - a few characters, mostly Tomoyo Daidouji from Cardcaptor Sakura (she really nailed Tomoyo's character and style of speech; she was also in Macross 7 and Neon Genesis Evangelion)
    Megumi Nakajima - Ranka Lee (Macross Frontier; she also does Kotone in Pokemon DP)
    Aya Hisakawa - lots of characters from lots of stuff (lol, Osaka)

    Not only does she play some of my favorite roles, but she does a great job at nailing those roles perfectly :P

    Mae Whitman, but only because she was a recurring cameo in Arrested Development. I'm not keen on the voice-acting industry.
     
    Miyano, Mamoru - for doing Light Yagami from Death Note and Zero Kiryuu from Vampire Knight.
    Sugita, Tomokazu - he has a few roles in Bleach (Kensei and Nova), and mainly because he voices Gintoki from Gintama! Also Kyon in Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. (He's just pretty awesome).
    Paku, Romi - she voices Hitsugaya from Bleach and it suits him perfectly. Teresa from Claymore, Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist, and Taiga Shimizu from Major,
