The ambiguities of consent

Is that actually a thing, though? I'm not sure I've heard of something like that happening.

I'm just saying it for the sake of maintaining that nothing should be taken for granted in the topic of rape. I'm sure it's a very small percentage.
 
I think where the ambiguity really matters is in court. For many cases it might be difficult to gather evidence beyond testimony. In those cases, the ambiguity of whether consent was given or wasn't is ever-present and that makes it difficult to judge.
