Fast, to me..is about 2-3 seconds. Just with all the graphics and stuff loading makes it slower.

Last month I topped 5 gig, and likely the month before that, and chances are this month as well. Every since I started DLing animes I've been filling up my HDD with lots and lots of big stuff. XDMy download limit is 5GB... I've never gone over that before.
My internet company just reduces my speed to "dial-up" once I go over, so I dont have to pay extra. But the reduction in speed is worse, I get download speeds at around 10kbps...
Move to the US. XD
That or see if you're able to find an ISP around there that doesn't have a limit.

I hated that soooooooo much. I'd likely die if I had to put up with it again. Going from a 300 kbs DL speed down to 10-15..... taking an hour or so to DL a 6 MB file...... I can live without Dial-Up.
Me as well as many of my friends are on all day and we're fine. XDI'd hate to be on all day..

Ever tried less than 10kbps?? That's is what's really evil. Takes almost an hour to DL 6MB sometimes.

XD, there you go~ Umm... what have I done today? Been on PC and downloaded 230MB of video and a couple of other files around 50MB.Just today, 390 MB of vids, 230 MB of songs, and a few pics here and there. So yea, I couldn't live with a 5 gig cap. XD
Get on at a bad time of the day, or the site being bogged down and the DL speeds drop like a rock. I've been hit with stuff like 2-5 kbs and had to deal with it if I wanted to get whatever it was DLed.
And if I wanted a very large file (something like 100 MB) I'd start it right before I go to bed and leave the computer on all night and let it DL. Sometimes wake up only to find out that the DL died.

I just gave up when that happened... it was too evil to waste my time downloading especially when my interenet connection cuts itself sometimes. Plus, my parents wouldnt let me have the computer on all night, so it takes me like a week to download something really big split up into parts.

Dial-up was a pain, I don't have a clue on why we got it in the first place (we went from slow DSL to Dial-up, and now to fast DSL). The bad memories of them Dial-up years will never leave me.... watching the downloader thingy take a min to move...... such bad thoughts. XD
