The only reason I would want to learn a new language is because of travel, not to make money. How would it pay aside from being an interpreter?

In the business world, being able to translate is a big plus, especially if being a translator isn't your main job. But being a translator makes pretty good money on its own though.

Oh! Yeah, I remember that one! We made like 100 posts in the span of an hour in there. That was pretty fun but I'm glad no one else was able to see it. XD

I was brought up speaking Potuguese, Spanish, and English all in one language, which led to trashy variations of each xD

But I would really only consider leaning another language if I was actually going to visit that place, because no one likes ignorent foregners.

XD It's fun listening to people who combine multiple languages when they speak, if not really confusing.

Even as a normal member, I doubt I'll ever see the flood limit. I don't really post that fast anyway, so I probably won't ever be bothered by the thing. XD

It was awesome, the rest of the staff were all WTFing at the whole thing. XD

I think it depends on the situation. I don't like that when I actually have to understand what they're saying...like when my math teacher is telling us what to do, but otherwise it's kind of interesting. o_O;
