Wait, we've neglected the guy who cut his own arm off to save one of our favorite video game characters of all time!

MGS4 cyborg ninja Raiden! Anyone who has played the game has to remember that special scene...

Spoiler:

Liquid Ocelot was about to crush Old Snake with Outer Haven right when Raiden, whose arm was stuck under rubble, cut off his own arm to free himself in order to stop Outer Haven from crashing into Old Snake.

Oh, and we can't forget Grey Fox in the first Metal Gear Solid who did a similar thing to save Snake.

Honestly, any of the cyborg ninjas in the MGS series were amazing.
