RECLAIM PERIOD: With the revamping of the thread and relocation of the list, I thought it would be smarter just to throw a reclaim period up. [Truth be told, I tried relocating the whole list. After ten hours I only reached the letter K, so I gave up. XD] Anyways, I'm going to need your full cooperation and understanding, since the limit of people who can claim a character has been upped to three. Anyways, here's how it's going to work: If you look at the old list, you can tell any characters that have previously been claimed. Think of it like this. If you want one of those already claimed characters, there are two spots available until the reclaim is over, because that one spot is still reserved for the previous claimer. If the character you want isn't on that list, then there are three spots available. You may also notice that on the new list there are already some people on the list. These are all members who significantly helped me in designing and making decisions in regards to the new process, so I gave them first dibs. I know it sounds kind of unfair, but they were all chosen at random so as to try and avoid response bias.
