Yamamoto saves the day! Maybe he'll kill Driscoll before he can use Sasakibe's bankai? Possibly.

That was... one of my shortest reviews. Damn.

I thought that both, Kubo was ill, and SJ was supposed to be on break...
Whatever, I'm glad to be getting more Bleach manga.

Bahahaha, I love how Kenpachi explained how he killed the three Quinzis.
I like 'Quinzis' better than my 'Quincinazis'. :p
Basically..."The first guy was too loud, so I cut him in half; the second one talked too much, so I sliced her throat; The third tried to copy me, so I showed him who the real Slim Shady was."
Then Kenpachi proceeds to attack der Führer, but Kubo cuts it off just as the epic battle starts. :/

Ichigo's still stuck...
Wait, did I just see Bringer Light?
And some black spiritual pressure, but that's probably from his bankai...

Holy McShizzle, this chapter was actually pretty good.
Really interesting to see some Genryuusai backstory, as well as finally giving that moustached teadrinker some sort of depth.

Cool that it wasn't five chapters of just fighting too. The geezer never disappoints.

Surprisingly enough, I actually quite enjoyed that chapter.
Okay so that's about 5 pages showing off some lightning, and telling us it's a weather-based zanpakutou.

Man Yamamoto can taking a beating.

Hahaha, it's so weird seeing Yamamoto as young as that.

Choujirou looks kind of cool with the white hair + eyes... but his face looks very generic.

I really like the flashback, it very nicely shows the relationship that they share; and the mutual respect that they have for each other. It's just really sweet.
Also on "juujisai" - the "juu" part, I think, comes from the Kanji for the number 10, which looks like a "+", which is kind of like the cross on Yamamoto's head.

Man I love Yamamoto's rage face.

HELL YEAH OLD MAN YAMA. The guy always has the best badass displays of power in the manga. I love it.

It was a neat surprise to see Yamamoto in his "youth". xD

The name meanings were kind of lost on me, oh well. :/

I like Sasakibe's eyes in the anime more...

Even though it's kind of nice to see Kubo not draw out the death of every villain, I hope he has a few more to replace the few that have just recently died.
Or I hope that he focuses more on the remaining villains.

Not much else to say about this chapter.

Is there anyone who wants to change their position in the squads?
Or any captains that would like to recommend a position change for a member of their squad?

Really nice tying the different fights together like that, but now Kubo is just skipping all the good fights :/
I mean big bad vs kenpachi? Could we like, uh, see?

Even though we all know this isn't gonna be the big, final showdown, it's still nice. Go go old man.

Or any captains that would like to recommend a position change for a member of their squad?

I'd like to move from Captain of the 12th Squad to Captain of the Pith squad. Or first squad. Or zeroth squad. Any will do.

But about the manga, it was one of the few times where I actually got goosebumps. REALLY pumped me up for the rest of the fights!!
