Then there's Soi Fong's she already has the 2-hit kill, and i doubt 1-hit kill is the Ban Kai ability
Another wonder: Could the Vaizards/Aran Kar/Aizen's little shinigami-hollows (Tousen, Aizen & Gin) have an additional form to stack onto the Ban Kai

Soi's bankai: That or a way to deliver two hits much more easily. The majority (hell, all of them besides Ichigo's) of bankais have been huge so...might just be a giant thing that shoots blades...whatever.

Vizards/Arrancers/Hybrids: Probably as well. Byakuya just said that bankai was the highest level of power that a death god could achieve. Who's to say that a hybrid can't go higher?

Yourouchi is an exiled Shingami. She was the captain of the covert ops up until she left to help out Kisuke into the real world. Since she left, Soi Fong then became the captain.
