568. I never liked any of the iterations not made for a PC, really. Especially not Sim City Creator for the Wii and DS, since they're basically Sim City 3000 with less precise controls. I also didn't like Sim City Societies for PC because I'm kinda hardcore about having realistic planning options in a game bearing the Sim City franchise name. :V

568. You don't need to build those in any Sim City game as far as I'm aware. I'm just kinda lazy when it comes to building cities in Sim City in a sensible fashion, though my cities work better with addons that better simulate traffic. The default simulator considers distance first rather than time, whereas most people in reality consider time first as opposed to distance for their commutes.
