Both. There's really not much else I can say that hasn't been said before. kcander90, midnighteon and I, Lucario all have excellent points.

Buizel has probably higher speed and attack stats than the rest of it's stats right?So if you could switch those with another two,what would they be?

(like change it to a wall or special sweeper or something)

IMO, Buizel and Floatzel have a crappy defense.

My Floatzel is a Level 48 male.

Adamant nature.

He has a 128 attack and 132 speed, and 69 for a defense WT?!?!

That thing cant take a hit. O_O

So I would split the speed with defense and leave the rest alone.

I would probably switch the attack to special defense. I'm sure the opponents use more special attacks than physical attacks.

I'd probably take 1/5 - 2/5's of the speed stat and put it in with defense and special defense. I fed my Floatzel lots of Iron powerups to pump up it's defense.

I would take a quarter of It's speed and add that to it's special defense,It has Aquajet so it would be fast anyway! XD
 
Yes the shading is good, the only thing that needs to worked on is that the nee needs to be more rounded and Buizel needs lipo around the neck.

I wouldn't alter its Speed stat at all, instead I would exchange some of its Special Attack stat for Defense if I had the choice. Defensive Buizul and Floatzel are so fragile, they get hurt badlt from most physical attacks.

Battling(I think this legally counts as a sport in the Pokemon world) would definately make the list. Don't know what else though. It's speed would definately come in handy in most sports. Perhaps dodgeball?

It would be interesting to see them dive or something. Synchronized diving/swimming would be a wonderful sight to behold if these guys participate.

I'd say both, but mainly outdoors, since they seem better suited to the great outdoors. But inside as well, because I'd like to pamper them and stuff.

There's little need for Special Attack, so I'd transfer those into Defense and Special Defense. Or... Special Attack into more Attack and some Speed maybe?

Water skiing sounds good! Also, I'd say maybe water polo.

What do you think of Buizel's/Floatzel's new Platinum sprites?
So that's how Floatzel looks. I've seen Buizel's before coming on here, but not Floatzel's. Well, they're interesting poses. I like Buizel's except for the snout area. What are those black pixels? Are they the mouth? (Also, I've been wondering what that one black pixel is on the D/P sprite--right under the nose.) Floatzel's smile looks pretty good, but the belly sticking out like that looks a little strange. It looks like he/she waiting for someone to run into its arms for a hug.
