Eh? Still gonna downvote.. Actually Omastar is much more better than Kabutops competitively.
The only thing I can see Kabutops succeeding competitively is using Swords Dance, Endure and Flail. Hahahha

Both Omastar and Kabutops have Swift Swim, which is one of my favorite abilities and makes them very useful competitively with the right support, but they get a bit outclassed by Kingdra and Mega-Swampert I think.
