• Obtained TM09(+5) and HM01(+5).
• Caught Nincada (+2).
• Saved on Route 116.

Quick question. I just caught Nincada but he's more than five levels below Mudkip. Can I still battle trainers with him or do I have to grind him to L8 on wild pokes first?

Well. I know technically it's the next day for me, but I did play my game yesterday (for me once again) on saturday. I just didn't have time to make my post then ^.^

In retrospect... speeding through the intro might not have been the best. I got stuck with a default ^.^

-Started with Torchic +2
-Did the Beginning stuff
-Started catching Pokes :3 -Wurmple -Poochyena -Zigzagoon -Tailow -Shroomish -Lotad

6 x 2 = 12 for the regulars. +5 for Lotad = 17.

I also entered the woods to catch a Shroomish with my Zigzagoon and found a Hidden Potion. +10 = 27 Total <3

Saved at Route 114 (closer to Petalburg)

Now... do I have to grind straight through with my Zigzagoon to do the quest? Or can I train my other pokes on the beach area outside of Petalburg City and then officially start it once I start going through the woods. Or was the quest only meant for the first to get to it? @-@

Omg omg, I live in Australia and was at my girlfriends yesterday and last night! Ima edit this after my first day. Do not count me out yet!

- Started the game, naming myself CARE
- Obtained Torchic (+2 + 3)
- Beat May, ran back to THE LAB like a boss.
- Officially Obtained Torchic! (did not nickname it dammit!)
- Caught a Wurmple, and Seedot (+2 +3 +2)
- Went to Route 102 and beat the first trainer and was like.. wait I cant use seedot! Waste of exp :(
- Ran back to route 103 as it had the highest encounter rate of Poochy
- Caught M the Poochyena (+2)
- Did the Wally thing.. *facepalm* Not even sure if i had to do it, waste of like 2 minutes just there :(
- Caught a Zigzagoon, Wingull on Route 104 (+2 +2)
- Switch leveled M on the trainers on route 104.
- Saved in Petalburg Pokemon centre at 00:30

@JD I am not even going to count that Zigzagoon as a part of your party member til you fix the level difference. You gotta grind against wild pokes, because going up against trainers is furthering the game along, which you can't do without following the level rules.

What JD going to buy a wrist watch with all those points you gained? Too bad they aren't buyable items. What will you do? WHAT WILL YOU DO?

PFffffffff clearly that quest was too easy so it is going down. Anyone got any suggestions? That treasure chest has the best prizes so I don't need to restock it right away.

@SnowPhoenix and @CarefulWetPaint Time Zones is the reason that the next tournament day isn't until I officially announce it's Day 2. That and it is a good way to prevent people from playing for 30 minutes at 11:30 and than another 30 at midnight.

Only problem with this method, if you ask JD, is I try and announce the newest tournament day whenever I wake up in the morning. This is unpredictable. Sometimes 9 am.... sometimes 3 pm.....

Okay, that's fine. By the way, smack talker, you suck at it, since I didn't list a Zigzagoon (which I can't use anyway in Summer), but a NINCADA! HAH U FAIL! XD

Thanks for clearing the level difference make up issue, though. And you make me laugh, Laure. I hope you are proud of that, since that's all I'll do. :laugh:

actually, TMs are 5 points. everyone else got the HM01 as well, so that's why they had 10 points (5 each). So your ending total should be 95 points.
