Where would Chikorita best hang out when it's worried?
Depending on how worried Chikorita is, it could wait at the Police station if the event its worried about is drastic and an emergency, or if its small, it can wait say at a park or a crowded area to sort of hide away from reality until the thing it's worried about has past.
A friend's house would also do just fine, as the comforting of a friend usually dampens the worried-ness of an individual.
 
Aww yesh, having a friend can really help when one is worried. Expecially if it is grieving, it is helpful to have someone else with you..In Chikorita's case though, it would be helpful to have another Pokemon with Chikorita.

Chikorita could have a human friend to wait with, it would be the same purpose though, a comforting person/pokemon to help with any worries.
 
Chikorita doesn't really get along as well as she'd like with humans, right..so maybe not ;3
 
It depends on the person. If its someone very very nice, and Chikorita's known that person for a long time then its possible.
 
Ash was nice but they didn't get along straight away..

Yes, but then Chikorita-Bayleef loved him still, especially outlined in that episode where it evolved.

If Chikorita and Bayleef started fighting each other so how can you stop them?
Umm... well I think it'll be too hard to stop. I mean they'll probably just both turn on you if you try anything. Best leave it to them to sort it out.
 
Aaaah, I see. Well there's one of only a few examples in the anime you'll ever see!
