The Cities

In my opinion, the cities in Alola are less notable than the cities in other regions (despite the region as a whole being one of the most memorable). What are your thoughts on the cities and towns? What are your favorite/ least favorite?

I agree. Since so much of environment flowed from one area to another it was hard to think of the different towns as distinct places, especially when someone of them felt so "normal" and less "Pokemon world".

I felt the lack of cities compared to other regions was showing us Game Freak's message that Alola is a nature-rich region and was clearly what they wanted to focus on with the region's design.

As for the ones I love, I'd say Seafolk Village since I love places that sit on water. Konikoni City and Malie City are a close second.

Yeah not many of the towns and cities really stood out to me this time around.

Seafolk Village is easily my favourite. Po Town is another one I really liked....though I'm not sure if it counts. I guess it is a town after all.

I need to go back through the towns again, but I have to agree with ya'll. Seafolk Village was instantly my favorite as soon as I visited it.
