Huh..Okay well, due to the fact that i hadn't actually broken any rules in the first post, and my ban had absolutely nothing to do with this "clan," the wifi battle area whatsoever, Im'a have to just say..stfu. You can't ban someone without any justification of why, or decide after a random turn of events to change the rules like that, because of one person.
I don't know WTF your problem with me is, but whatever grudge you've had against me for like, as far back as I can remember..just stop.
I don't care abot being leader or not. I would very much like Co-Leader or Second in Command, some type of authority here. Or atleast tester status. I think Ooka should be Leader, he is very active, and he does have skills too.
Haha I knew Ooka would be back, he obviously can't resist PC heh heh =P
Anyways do we really need to have leaders and stuff, when we can just battle and have fun?
Well, I would test you now if I knew if I was allowed to test or not.
(heh, I sure couldn't Lumine :D.)
(actually, it would be complete anarchy if we didn't have a leader, literally. Every organization needs at least one leader to control the rest of the bunch, it's human instinct, as well as animal[just look at wolves])
I think it's a great template, but before anyone goes ahead and posts it (whoever that may be) would it be alright if I added some CSS to it, so that it looks nicer?
I say he's admitted...I don't want to battle but seriously, he used to be a big member here at the clan. I think he should be allowed to come back. I may withdraw from the "Clan" also. I finding PC less active because Ooka left. My decision isn't final yet so don't kill me yet!
>_>: I'm so confused...Lady Nicole, I don't feel like battling, but seeing as how you do so well in the tournaments, I admit you. xP
Meh, it looks like you guys are a bunch of chickens running around without heads :P
I guess I'm coming back, but only for one reason, and that's "The Clan".
I realize that most of you didn't even do anything wrong, and I'm acting like a little kid by leaving over one little argument. I didn't want to make anyone else leave, and I really didn't think anyone would care if I left (not fealing sorry for myself :P)
So yeah, I'm back, and I would really like it if I would be accepted back as a leader, but I guess if you guys don't want me as a leader that's fine too.
The Clan is a group of competitive and friendly pokemon players. We strive to improve and be the best just like any other clan. The purpose of this thread is to provide a place for Clan members to seek within-clan battles, discuss upcoming or current Clan events, for others to seek membership or challenge the clan as a whole, and to provide a resource for members.
While we are perfectly willing to aid new players and battle them, but our aim is to be a group of talented and experienced players, and that is primarily what we will look for in new members.

How to Join
This is not an organization for new players, and not for those who cannot behave themselves.
In order to join, you need to show that you have skill in pokemon battling and can act maturely. Contact one of the Clan Leaders in the list below and ask to be admitted. You will then battle under conditions set by that person. If your battle sufficiently proves your skill or if you have previously demonstrated your skill to the tester in other battles, then you will be admitted. Admittance is not necessarily determined by your victory.
If you have any questions on what kinds of things you can do to show your skill, talk to any clan member, but especially talk to Recruiters or the Leader.

Clan Rules Page
We in the Clan have a reputation to uphold as civilized, reputable, and dedicated pokemon battlers. As such, we ask that you abide by these rules when representing the clan in this forum and in other circumstances, (except when they would conflict in which case we ask you to abide by the rules of the forum or other location you are representing the clan in). Failure to abide by the rules can get you warned or kicked from the clan.
1. Declare your membership in your signature.
2. Be respectful of other clan members, other clans, and non-clan members.
3. No deceit.
4. If you use a piece or hardware or software to create or modify pokemon (a method commonly known as 'hacking'), you will not use said pokemon unless your opponent gives informed consent to their use.
5. Remain active in the Clan - (See spoiler)
Spoiler:
This means posting at least once every week and a half at the least. If you are going to be inactive due to school, vacation, holidays, or whatnot just say so. If your interest in pokemon is waning, tell us you are taking a break. We do not want people who join the clan on a whim and never participate.
6. Show proper battle etiquette. - (See spoiler)
Spoiler:
This means that you don't disconnect in the middle of a match, do not take more time than you need to make a move, and only run if your intent is to concede. Do not use pokemon with obscene nicknames or use seals to spell out obscene phrases. A good example is common swear words. If you battle with voice chat, respect your opponent and don't swear unless he or she also swears. If you violate a battle clause, concede immediately or declare yourself the loser regardless of the outcome of the battle. Lastly, take you wins and losses gracefully. Don't lord over those you defeat and insult those who defeat you.

Pokemon Resources
Clauses
Wi-Fi battles often involve player-enforced clauses which seek to balance the game to be more fair. Here they are for your reference.
Spoiler:
Sleep
You may not put more than one of your opponent's pokemon to sleep at a time unless it was by an event you had no control over (e.g. The ability Effect Spore when one of your opponent's pokemon is already asleep via your actions.) or unless your only other option in the battle is to concede (e.g. You are down to your last pokemon, which uses Hypnosis. You miss, and on the next turn your opponent uses Encore).
Evasion
You may not use a move which raises your evasion unless it was by an event you had no control over. (e.g. Raising evasion via Acupressure is allowed because the stat increase is random.) You may use a held item that raises evasion provided that is not restricted by some other clause.
OHKO Move
No moves which faint the opponent in one hit may be used unless it was by an event you had no control over (e.g. Metronome). For reference, these moves are Horn Drill, Guillotine, Fissure, and Sheer Cold.
Species
No more than one pokemon of each species is allowed.
Explosion
If a player causes a Draw through the use of Explosion, Self Destruct, or Destiny Bond, that player loses the game instead.
Item
No more than one of any item may be used. Items with duplicate effects but different names are allowed (e.g. Black Sludge and Leftovers).
'Hax' Item
No Quick Claw, King's Rock, Bright Powder, or Lax Incense. Some consider these items to be too disruptive by adding an additional luck factor into the game.
Uber
No pokemon in the 'Uber' tier are allowed. Uber tier pokemon are considered to be too powerful for the OU metagame.
The Uber tier consists of the following pokemon:
Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys (all forms), Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Wobbuffet
Legendary
No legendary pokemon are allowed, regardless of what tier they fall into.
All clan battles use the following clauses by default - Sleep, Evasion, OHKO, Species, and Uber.
Simple Tier Explanation
Spoiler:
The following diagram clarifies how these tiers are separated: '>' Indicates power difference, wheras '--' indicates a difference in frequency of usage only.
Uber > OU -- BL > UU
_______\_ _ _ _ _ _/
Uber stands for the strongest pokemon in the game.
OU stands for Over-Used. The most highly used pokemon in the game.
BL stands for Border Line. Too strong for UU, fine with OU.
UU stands for Underused. Pokemon who don't see very much use at all.
A battle at one tier allows for the use of any pokemon in a tier below it.
Asking for a BL/UU battle is essentially asking for an OU battle.
Smogon's tier list is probably the most reliable at this point given the community dedicated to the metagame there, but feel free to discuss with your battle partner if you believe a pokemon should be allowed in your battle which a tier list would exclude.

Nice, it really gives it some pop. Just need to fix the underscores in the tier diagram which were meant to be white, thus invisible, and also make the links click-able again in the "Other Sites and Tools" section, although those are things I could do myself when I make the post.
Looks great Ooka, but can I suggest making it slightly darker at the back? if you read stuff from a white page at night or a dark room it's like staring directly into a lightbulb, no seriously try opening Microsoft Word in the middle of the night, you'll know what I mean, you don't wanna ruin peoples eyesight.
