Yeah, I checked it, norm is 502 out of 620 HP. Gotta keep the possibility of a Swords Dance though, and a Focus Sash.
 
Yeah, I think Swords Dance OHKO's it, so you have to be wary about that. I would just switch if it Swords Danced though.

Same stuff with one Swords Dance:
Defender HP: 651
Damage: 919 - 1081
Damage %: 141.17% - 166.05%

You obviously don't get the Blue Steel...well probably but I think it's a good name for it. xD Double tasking + EV training + horrible short term memory = EV training disaster. I can't remember how many battles I've had so I always check how much PP I have left in moves and do the math. xD

Why do some pokemon gain boosted experience? Is this because I got it traded?

Right now I'm remembering my n00b days when I didn't understand why you should use Waterfall over Surf on a Huntail. >_> Wow I was an idiot. xD

me most likely our times are off due to time zones or i have bad timeing also he told me to say this

Not true. xD I'm trying to get a laugh out of you and I can't believe you actually ended up posting that. (I'm not intending ANY offense in this sentence. It just comes off as kind of "What were you thinking!?" but that's not what I'm trying to say. xD) Well I still want to keep trying, but if you notice another recruiter is on besides me, just hit them up with a PM.

We won our basketball game tonight! 35 - 23. Whoot! (we move on to the Chapions! ^^)

Um, ok, I hope to finish Zoolander tonight. I doubt I will but it'd be nice.

I battle Bidoofs on the first route. It's easiest for HP for me. And what Alakzam suggested (the trainer with 5) I would do, but it'd end up with an uneven number of what I'm trying to reach. Maybe next time Alakazam. xD

Sabaku, use the Pokeradar, I find that it get's done much faster. (Are you using Power Items and PKRS?)

I can usually get from 0 - 510 in 40 mins tops if I go at it.

P.S. Am I still accepted here?

P.S.S. @Blissey, how much does Swords Dance raise your Attack stat, compared to Choice Band?

Heh... don't you worry, my dear friend. I'm remembering the days (not too long ago, embarrassingly) when I thought Hypno was a grass type and Starmie was slow >.<
