Ok so on our list so far is Ooka, Name, Sabaku no Gaara, SharinganFlames, Alakazam17, Shiraishi, and Tortured_Soul for certain participants, which is 7.

I propose to add Pkmn Breeder Jack, we have battled several times and I think he is very skilled. So unless there are any objections...?

For others, we have TheSharinganWar, Umanouski, Xairmo, and sims796 as standing out. I haven't seen TheSharinganWar post here much although his brother is SharinganFlames as I recall? I see the nominations but I just haven't seen sims796 around much lately so I don't know if he wouldn't be available to participant. Xairmo and Umanouski are both around quite a bit and it would also be unfair to limit the participation to just our "senior members," although I haven't any gauge of either of their skills to judge.

Who do you think should fill the last two slots? You can vote for yourself.

I agree with Pokemon Breeder Jack.
My second vote is for Xairmo because i have seen him around here and the Extreme Gym quite a bit.

Ok, I would like to battle Xairmo and Uminouski please. I'm not being a prick, but I would just like to know if you are good enough to represent us at the level of competition that will be held during the tournament.

By the way, how exactly is it going to run Celestial? I have no idea, is it a "you battle one person, you battle one person" style, or is it a bracket tournament, or is it "Battle everyone once" or something, what is it?

I know, I'm just wondering how the battles will be conducted.

EDIT: I just checked the official page, but I still don't understand. It says that you will get a point if you win, but how many battles do we have? (As many as possible in a certain time or what?)

Also, can an opposing team say no to a challenge? For instance.

Say we got the first win.

Clan - 1
Generation - 0

What if we simply decide not to battle anymore and wait out until the end? I doubt it would happen, but it can, and some small groups within clans may well decided that once they get ahead, they will stop battling to disallow the other group a chance of winning.

P.S. Ooka, you need to take losing better. (i.e. "I've lost to Tortured_Soul 3 times, and all of those were extreme luck") I cannot remember any cases where I defeated you soley on luck. (By the way, notice how I said "OU"? Because yes, you ahve defeated me in a BL/UU battle, although I would like a rematch when you're up for it.)

Actually, I think I take losses just fine, you just need to be a little less arrogant when you win. Even when nominating me you had to bring up the score between us. I was only taking up for myself with my comment.

I nominate Saba, yes, I know I've 5-0d you with a Chatot before, but you improve after every battle, and most of your team is UU anyways. If you do get accepted into the Clan war, I'll lend you some of my Pokes :D You try, that's the main reason I believe you should be in this Clan war.

I feel unwanted... :(

I've beaten Shiraishi, but it seems I'm not "up to standard" in people's regard.

EDIT: I see I need to vote, so...

FOR: Ooka/Name: Both are very experienced battlers, and have had great overall success in battling at PC. I would love to battle Name, but hence it is yet to happen, although I can vouch for Ooka. (Although I think the ledger for OU stands at 3-1 to me. ;))

Note:But our UU/BL stands as 1-0 to me ;)



The reason I believe I should participate is I've seen plenty of battles while I've been here at PC. I've traveled to Smogon and Marriland, and to be honest, I think the best trainers reside here. Aside from lots of battling experience, I practically read Serebii and Smogon in my spare time, so I know all of the OU standards, and most of the UU. Of course I don't have very good luck (Tortured_Soul can be testimate to that, seeing as how 2 of his wins were sheer luck :P) so I hope that doesn't cause a lose for us.

Oh, we can vote for more than one? Alright.

Alakazam17, Richard Steel, Shirashi, Tortured_Soul, Name.

I've only beaten Alakazam 2/5 times that we've battled. I've only beaten Richard 2/million times we've battled. I've only battle Shirashi about 5 times (counting when his account name was Cakekun) and I've beaten him about 3 out of those 5. Tortured_Soul has won against me 1/3 times. And me and Name have a tied score, 1/1. So that's why I believe they should all be in, because they've beaten me a respectable amount of times.

(That is if Richard wants in xD)

Ok, I'm sorry if you think I'm arrogant, but I am seriously not. What you have stated on the other hand...

Note what I bolded. And note that I simply stated the statistic because I want to battle you again, then you give stats for everyone, and give the wrong one for me, and then you discredit my by saying "Although two of his wins were sheer luck". I am fine with losing, but when someone says something about me that is wrong, that may put me in a worse light, I'm not into that, as I'm sure you aren't. (By your response)

And 5-0ing me with a Chatot I laughed about, which is probably why he re-stated that. He's trying to show that at least I try like he said, and also get a laugh out of me, and it worked.

Well I've got 40 EVs in Special Defense and 30 in HP on my Bronzong (I'm not using vitamins because I'm low on money...)
