Your not alone I used to lose all the time and In two months I became A good battler so try A little longer and see how much better you can get Try new teams new pokemon but do not give up.:)
 
Oh, I was also thinking. If anybody wants a Jolly Riolu with Blaze Kick and Crunch (numerous IVs, haven't had a chance to IV battle yet) then just ask, as I have a PC full of them. >>

what would the appriopriate natures for a Skarmory and Cloyster?
 
Skarmory would be Impish, yet I have no idea for Cloyster. Probably the same (or Bold).
 
Impish is good on cloyster also

Pearl FC.

The Reaper Cloth should be right above the Resort Area, before entering the Sandstorm. It's either in the top right corner, bottom right corner next to the water, or in a small area with a boulder and a cut tree blocking it, that looks something like this.

The T is the cut tree, O is the rock, and the o is the item ball.

If it isn't one of those, then you must have already picked it up. Either way, I don't have a spare. Sorry.
 
You can also find the Reaper Cloth in the same area where you fought Giratina.

Same with cloyster (or even a shellder...i need to get a water stone.)

Kuro, would you be willing to donate one of those Riolu's you mentioned as a prize in the Clan War?

Also, I assume Kuro and Ichaste have been tested and admitted to the clan?
 
On the subject of Cloyster, I have to say, Relaxed is the way to go. As a borderline pokemon, it's fairly useful if you use him right.

Surf/Ice Beam/Avalanche

That's the standard way for Cloyster, from Smogon. Relaxed works since you don't need speed(he's a tank) but you don't want to lower offensive stats, so since he's usually going to move last anyway, the speed reduction doesn't cost you.

TDB you talking about water stone?
 
I have a skarmory, i just don't know if it is the right nature. I am waiting on mike now for the shellder.
