Ahem...sorry.

I would like to say the order system Loto suggested on the previous page is a brilliant idea. I was thinking something like that would work well. Xairmo, I know you think dividing us into ranks would raise arguments, but there isn't much organization when you have thirty people all together with no distinct positions. It just wouldn't work.

So, I'm agreeing with Loto on the matter. I'm all for helping out new players, but, like Ichaste said, there has to be some kind of line drawn. We want to help those willing to improve, not those who just want to join for the heck of it and never want to improve themselves.

Also, if we use the ranking system Loto suggested, it would make sense that the recruiters/co-leaders would test the trainees before they can become regular members. Like, a trainee would have to battle three co-leaders, and if he/she gets two or more yes's, they'd be promoted to regular member. Just a suggestion. ;)
 
Cloud can I get a copy of you hippow? I've never used one and wanna try it out. ;p

jack this is my only team for now... i have my future team already decided but its goin take time i guess the only pokemon thats goin be in my future team in my team right now is my weavile

Here you have 3 physical sweepers... If I were you I'll take out 1 or 2... Heracross and Weavile are too similar so take out one of those... I like both but Heracross a little more, anyways is your choice... Milotic is a great wall and you can use it with Hippowdon or Skarmory... Also Try with Sp.Atakers like Gengar,Azelf or Heatran... You can always use a Mix Sweeper or Wall it's up to you really
 
I'll replace Herracross and weavile for some kind of spiker and a Roserade

Don't replace both, You may need them... And you could use a Starmie as a Rapid Spiner and a Special Sweeper at the same time...

I would say snorlax or cress.....you need some sort of other wall here. Or bliss if you really want but hey it's up to you really.
