LOL very funny. I am just happy cause I sucked at pokemon and people thought I wasn't that great. Now I can prove them wrong. I felt like is was great till I came to PC. I was good in our place Taylor5 but not on PC. But now I am about to show all the people my new way to battle and can't be a noob never will it be that way.

Wait now I know.... I know how to earn respect not to be in a clan full of great trainers, but to be a great trainer. And know that people will look a you a new way. On your way you battle and the way you speak..............Sorry for the outbrust just took a long time for me to understand.

Ive never fought that kind of a team before so i was surprised ^.^
I do want a rematch cuz i made a really dumb mistake >.<
 
Hey everyone, maybe some of you saw my warstory over at smog. Anyways kinda wanted to see a little in house opinion.

Now as you all know offensive teams use little to no walls, with resistences and immunites being key.

Gyarados (Bulkydos)
lucario (SDluke)
Salamence (specs)
Swampert (supportSR/phazer)
Gengar (scarfgar)
Heatran (specstran)

Team on shoddy so far is 17-4, but I think I could improve. Thoughts and opinions?

Im not a big heatran fan, its too slow IMO.

Well heatran really is great. Sometimes taking fire from lucario, nothing else but proper prediction works there.

heatran works wonders on a lot of threats, comes in on common skarm that wall lucario (sometimes) and counter it hitting the upcoming pokemon hard, and explode on predicted blisseys. Im not sure if im all for the specs version though, I may try life orb... or even restalk tran to take gengars/yanmegas on.

But heatran even though it's slow it really can work wonders.

What do you think could replace it?

Maybe I just dont like it cuz I suck at using it xD
Id suggest something faster like Azelf or you could always go Scarfgon. Maybe even another wall. Your team seems big on special sweeping.

Hmm lets see, you have 3 pokemons (all of them with choice items) which are special sweepers, I guess you can rid one of them for a Rapid spinner maybe?
Also I think that Heatran wil like Scarf better and Gengar Specs... But it's your choice...
You should use a cleric, cause if your team get paralized you will lose you speed adventage...

XD Yes he is right. Sashed Weaviles are pretty good. Theyre fast and usually take down 1-3 pokes.

On what Cloud said a good rapid spinner and dual wall id Claydol. That thing is pwnage. Or replace Genar with bulky starmie. And too many choice items isnt too great >.<

i want to keep gengar scarfd as it will come in on the expected rapid spin after my pert sets them, destroying their starmie or whatever.

I guess heatran could take a replace. Maybe a cleric celebi over it, which could also dish out some twaves

Rapid spinners arn't my thing actually, I dont know why but I despise slowing down my destruction to blow them away, I know salamence and dos hate them but usually they arnt switching in and out consistently. SR really hasnt been a problem for this team.

My 4 loses, and with all my offensive teams, I lose on slips in prediction, Only one game I did go a little haywire in over prediction, didnt turn out to good.

Also, Weavile is nice in all but really not a switch in for the team, I dont see where it could fit in.

Also, on the too many choice thing, nah not a that big of a problem, Prediction covers that pretty well. I could lose heatrans specs though, and may change Specmence to Mixmence to fudge blissey, so yeah.
 
My team also haven't a Rapid Spinner XD but i guess you should have one wall more, remenber that sometimes the best atack is the Defence XD... Ironic but true...
 
Well I disagree with the common phrase "defense wins championships", as I got better being offense and a risk taker in prediction rather then sit there and be a bunch of bricks = JK, I guess Its just funner to attack relentlessly and shred the kid apart. Always fun to do.

But you know Im really likin the idea of cleric celebi over tran. hmmm Test it I shall >D

I kinda agree >.< i hate walls but i use em anyways. You could always go with the uber SkarmBliss :D You get your two walls, a spiker, and a cleric

Actually I'm thinking on one but It's not ready yet...
And about SkarmBlyss, It only works if it's well supported, An Infernape could take down easily both Blissey and Skarmory...

I think that SkarmBlyss is too overated, My team will be about another good combo:Registeel and Cresselia...
 
I just got a vaporeon with great Ivs
here is what they are
Hp 25
Attack 10-12
def 27
special atk. 30
special Def 28
speed 26-27

with Ivs like that i'm using it

Yeah I myself have been thinking of a stall team to try, I always wanted a calmcune to use in a stall team, it's completely againt my backbone of offensive thinking.

But you know stalling does require more. You have to think on your toes 3-4-5 turns ahead to stall to perfection. While Offense you gotta be danfg carefull yet be reckless.

Both different styles but I want to taste stalling a little.

That's true, you need a high level for use an stall team well, but I don't lose anything trying XD!
