I only know of mewthree and PPNSteve who are site admins... are there any more? Hm. I could probably find this out on some FAQ related page too.

Yes God is an admin, the webmaster of totalpokemon.com. The false god is a staff admin named lightning.

Thats the best I can give you up there on what the staff does.
