I just do basic backups every now and then. No online backups, just a regular external harddrive.

I uninstalled the OneDrive that came with this laptop the moment I found out it backs up everything on your desktop automatically. I keep too much stuff on my desktop for that =P

Are OneDrive and Dropbox the same? Dropbox backs up only what's inside the Dropbox folder 🤔

I have a Dropbox. But I haven't used it in a long time. I got it when it was still fairly new. As a result I'm kinda screwed in regards to free space. ^^"

I briefly had drop box back for some sort of project at one of my college/university attempts that I backed out of.
Never really had any interest in keeping it.

I used Dropbox in my previous job in academia, so I could access all my files at home, or I could share my files with my coauthors.

I tried to cut down on online services. I don't see a reason to put all my stuff online especially when it's just going to be used for whatever they see fit. <_<

The weather keeps going back and forth here atm. Tuesday was cloudy and with a cold enough wind to not only make me put on long clothes again, but also make me put on my jacket. Wednesday was almost no clouds and hot again so I switched to short clothes again. Then Thursday was initially cloudy, but later quite hot when the clouds went away.
Then friday and today was cloudy and windy again, but not as cold a wind as tuesday, so it was kinda hot, but not hot enough to not wear long clothes. @_@

Beats a heatwave I guess, but still kinda annoying weather to deal with xD

We're having 35°C + for the 10 days straight already, 2 days ago it got to 47°C, I almost had a stroke from the heat inside the Tractor.

Fortunately for me being somewhat near the coast means it's generally a couple degrees colder than the more landlocked provinces of my country during summer =P
The tradeoff being it's also usually more rainy the rest of the year.
