Do all the pokemon on the team have to be the same type? For example, could I have 5 grass pokemon and 1 water, or something?

Do I have to use the grass team in the recrutment battle?

How often would I have to be online to be part of this gym?

That's about it, I think. If accepted, and if these questions are answered, I'd need about 2-3 days to maek the grass team.

You need a team of 5 grass pokemon, and use them in the recruitment battle. How are we gonna accept you as a Leader without knowing your exact pokemon? You need to be online once a day, and await any PMs from the challenger, or someone who is reminding/telling you of your challenger.
