Actually, I don't even have AIM, MSN is my main online emailing source, so I'd have to agree with you there.
 
I used to have AIM, and Yahoo and Skype... but then I uninstalled them and just kept MSN. Plus the computer is faster with just MSN. OH AND, the other programs... weird.
 
Yep, I have had similar problems, whenever I run my VBA and MSN and open up a Firefox webpage, it seems to give off a terrible lag.
 
I only have Firefox and MSN... and it doesn't lag. o_o

I dont know how your computer functions with 256 MB of RAM o_o
 
Yep, that's the problem exactly.
I am only using a laptop at the moment, you see.
 
On a desktop, never heard of that brand/type of computer system.
 
I'm thinking its only a Single Channel since a Dual Channel 256 MB RAM would mean 128 MB sticks... I'm pretty sure they discontinued the 128 MB sticks >:

Desktop is just that though - it sits on top of your desk.
