Every term that I had Computer Science in, the first thing I'd do was download Firefox. XD;

I.. don't like Thunderbird. :x Or for that matter, MS Outlook / Express or anything like it. I prefer to use Gmail's webmail interface.

I use Gmail too. XD

You were doing your old school a favour by installing Firefox on their computers. If they had just let you explain, they would have withheld disciplinary action.

I...never did that. XD I was always afraid to do it and not only that but the computer systems were a bit...odd, at Desert Ridge. D:

Same here. I've really tried to use e-mail clients in the past but I just prefer checking it online through Gmail. @_@

I'm the only one in my family that doesnt use an email provided by our internet provider. XD I dont like Outlook Express either, so i too prefer gmail, like I said. X3;

I never bothered installing Firefox on my high school's computers, seeing as I never used them much to begin with. I was sure that some other enterprising student with time to kill and no fear of disciplinary action would do it anyway.

My parents use Outlook Express (or whatever the Vista equivalent is) since it's just easier and their ISP's webmail sucks anyway. XD; But for me, since I check my e-mail from all over the place and I live on the internet anyway, it's just more practical to keep it to gmail.

That wouldnt surprise me. XD I was too lazy and plus, I hardly ever got in trouble at my school...unless it was the little things like, acting out too much or something. :|

It always seemed to me that it's not really necessary to use an e-mail client unless you work a business or something.

Gmail works for me.

Same here. I have Outlook on my computer, and I used it for a while, but it looks a lot more cluttered over all compared to other clients. So I mainly use Hotmail and Gmail, they're much more convenient anyway :D

Late, but yeah. I can find some words that I don't know and really do seem advanced and uncommon, but so many words are, like, super basic. It's kind of sad. AP isn't much better. The class has "singe" and "provoked" listed as advanced. This is why everyone makes fun of the Florida education system. ;-;

My friend Ria is trying to get me from Yahoo to Gmail, but I'm lazy. I might switch later on, but I don't want to overhaul all my e-mail-based junk right now. =p

I took my first full SAT diagnostic practice exam. 1640. (600/410/640). I couldn't even finish the math section. .__. I did pretty well in the reading and writing sections, though. ^^;

My dad's pretty computer-savvy, so I know he's fine. It's just mom that has to be taught how to do eeeeeeverything in very detailed instructions. x_x;

She got mad at me at the dinner table last night because I told her to search for something with Vista's built-in function instead of doing it myself. I tried telling her you just... click the start button and type but she said it was too complex. @_@;;;

My dad's alright with computers..but only with certain softwares...sometimes i need to help him with other stuff xD...the rest of my family...my mum never uses the comp and my sis doesnt really do much

My dad's the computer guru around here. He's always the one people tend to go to if anything is broken (which means there's usually at least ONE computer here he's brought home from somewhere in order to fix). We have so many various extra computer parts here it's not funny.

My mom...doesn't know as much, though she knows enough to work her way around a computer without messing things up. :x

My dad = SUXOR at computers xD
he says... hmph! I can do anything on a computer... just give me time..
we told him to set up wireless... its been 5 weeks.. nothing...
me on the other hand... =]
did it on MY computer (only) took about 3 mins =]

My mom knows how to use the computer but she cant spell anything. D: That's why I hate being the best speller. XD

My parents aren't really into computers and such. Even though my parents loves technology and all, they're not really fond of computers but they loves watching stuff on Youtube. XD;

yeah.... thats a common for.... everyone xD

you cant tell me that you know someone who hates youtube x.x
because... people who dont like youtube are a part of a nieche of a nieche... unless they want to watch pr0n (or the new anime) on youtube... in that case.. its not a big question as to why they dont like youtube x.x

My mum has a degree in IT xD and my dad's always asking her for help for the wireless thing xD
we just laugh it out =]

Our wireless was pretty hard to set up. My computer wouldn't connect with it and when we finally managed to connect it, I had to connect my DS and my PS3 to the wireless too and that took a while.

And then my brother accidentally reseted our wireless connection and I wasn't able to get on the net for a while because when we tried to connect it again, my brother somehow managed to wreck the router so we had to get a new one.

Technology doesn't like me. :x
