I was so obsessed with it back when I was... 11 or 12. :D
But then I started trolling the Neoboards, and then I just stopped going altogether, 'cause it wasn't really worth my time.
Plus, being nice is funner~ :D

EDIT// @Gummy: Neopets' golden years were AWESOME. I had so much fun on Neopets back in 2002-2005. :3
 
Okay, now you're just making me feel bad for missing out on the fun part XD. I remember this Harry Potter RPG website that I used to go on like everyday during those years. Probably was on it more than I'm on PC.

This was the first forum I registered at as well.
I don't really play many RPG's though they are my favourite genre of game. LoZ is adventure and not considered RPG right?
I've never done that on-line pet thing before? Is it fun?
 
Yeah, LoZ is an adventure game. I'm quite new to the series, though, only having played Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass. Oh, and I played this old one on the airplane trip to Japan. I have no idea what it was called o___o

Pet sites were actually fun at one point. I became so addicted to Neopets (and collecting those darn avatars >x<) a few years back, it wasn't even funny. And when I got bored of that, I would move on to a different pet site. But my few years with Neopets was totally awesome. After the Neopets phase, I changed to Gaia... >.>

Yeah neopets were the stuff back in the day, but kind of off topic does anyone member the snes game the legend of Gaia?
 
Dunno what Gaia is, but I have very fond memories of Neopets.
 
I tried out Gaia for a while and found it extremely boring. You had to play a mini game 50 times just get a decent amount of money.
 
Ugh. Gaia. I played that for a day or two, but it's rather boring. Especially trying to buy stuff and all that mess. I got lost in the "map" menu and some chick asked me to be her slave. >_>

But this is the only forum I post on, I quit for about a year. But I find it very interesting now...

That's exactly why, after I signed up and found that out I didn't go back Dx. I only signed up because everyone on here was talking about it and I wanted in on the action so to speak.
 
I gave what-little items I had to my friend that still plays to this day. He's basically gotten half the items in the...little world. XD
 
Oh man, I can't stand Neopets or Gaia. I've tried to play Neopets several times in the past years - never could play it well. And Gaia... Gaia's just terrible. D:
 
Gaia's filled with lots of n00bs who ask you for money alot. :/

It's like 50 million homeless people always asking you for money there. D:

Oh sorry I meant gold. XD;

But I guess they're the same, those people go crazy for gold, hacking into accounts and what not. o.o
