I played with RL friends when I did and I'm quite the recluse in MMOs so I never made any friends on it to keep in touch with.

And I think I heard about that class. Um.. pirates, right? And they shapeshift or something? XD

I... might pick up CoD5. :| I didn't have 4 but... I dunno. I'm not quite ready to pay full price for a game I may not even like so I'm going to wait a bit.
I'm interested in World at War too. The ratings are pretty constant across three consoles. 360 = 87%, Wii = 86.7%, PS3 = 86.2%. I like when the developers don't skimp on the Wii. XD It it meets most of my ESRB criteria. Controls aren't as tight as MoH2 though :c Somewhere down the line I might pick it or soem other shooter up. I'm waiting for The Conduit to show developers how a Wii FPS is supposed to work x:

My brother's friend brought Fallout 3 over and we were watching him play the beginning and it didn't seem that interesting to me. :( Or rather, we found it kind of boring so I took it off my "want" list. I am looking to get into the shooting genre, though, and I can't think of any betters ways to do it than cross over from RPG at the same time so maybe I'll give it another chance.[/font]

Well if you wanna fork out 60 dollars or however much it it costs up there, I'd definitely recommend it. It's weird, because you feel like you're playing a FPS, but there are a lot of elements of and RPG as well, like exp, leveling and abilities. You really have to get into it though...The beginning is nothing like the actual game. Eventually you get out of the vault and go do stuff. It's not like....addicting or anything, but still a very good time =]

I really need to get a 360 for Christmas so I can start picking up some of these awesome games. My Ps2 is quickly fading into oblivion. GoW 2 looks absolutely sick. =P

Well, there are a fair few games around the $60 mark that I want so they're first in line before something I'm only iffy about. xD; Unfortunately I don't have the funds/time for as much gaming as I'd like so I'm just taking the next few months one game at a time. T_T I have suuuuuuuuch a backlog to go through.

That's the horrible thing about video games...There's way too many to play, and there's no way you're going to be able to get to all the awesome games you want to =/

I know. x_X; Not to mention I have all the consoles. So while last year I used to be able to go "wow, ____ looks really good. Too bad it's only for 360/PS3 and I can't play it", now I... can't use that excuse. XD; It doesn't help that I'm normally an impulse buyer and tend to have horrible self-control sometimes. :(

Eh...I'm usually a lot more picky with my games. I usually won't buy it unless I'm absolutely sure I'm going to enjoy it. But GAHHH you are so lucky....I only have a Wii right now and a crappy ps2. Well, I guess I can't really complain because I have a computer that's great for gaming. I play Unreal, Oblivion and Fallout 3 on my laptop =]

Hey, the PS2 is still my third favourite console, so it's not bad. :P (My PS3 isn't backwards compatible so my PS2 still gets more playtime than it. XD)

But yeah, I'd love to have a computer that can game. :( My laptop won't even play Portal and it's the only computer I have year-round access to, so I've never been much of a computer gamer. I stick with consoles.

Amen brother. I just blew through four hundred dollars the last two weeks buying stuff I didn't need. O_O; I feel so guilty afterwards because I should be saving my money.
sdlkjfsd I knoooow. I haven't spent that much but in the last month I haven't bought anything I "needed" just stuff I wanted. xD; Though thankfully I've only spent about $150ish. I still need to just watch my spending though. T_T; Overall this year I've spent waaaaay too much on things that weren't, you know, groceries and important things. XD;

I just spent that much money in 1 week last summer on stuff I didn't need, I felt nothing afterwards, lol *I'm all empty and black inside;)*lol,,,

So what did you buy?

Off Topic, Netto. ^_^

I'd impulse spend like that if I was old enough to have a job.
Unfortunately once that time rolls around, there's lots of pressure to be saving all your money for school. XD; So it kinda sucks. (I work full time until December and almost all my money is going toward school. T_T)

Sorry 'bout that...=P It was technically on topic due to the off chance of me having money XD But if I did have the money and the consoles I'd be buying so many RPG's that it would be a wonder that I could study. But eh...I's just waiting for Platinum or a GS remake. (I'm cheap.)

At least you work. Trying to buy things without a job when you have parents who are all "WOAHMYGODIRRESPONSIBILITY!!!!" is no easy task. I was planning on going to the movies and to the mall this weekend (Twilight and new non-converse shoes respectively) and I may not be able to due to stupid lack of money. I should go to Grandma

Unfortunately new car> Groceries T_T

I wanna win the lottery before I starve, yarr.
I got my dad to take me to dinner tonight, he was all "ooh bonding!" and I was like "ooh free food!" XP

Oh, so we're talking about how broke we are now? Finally, something I can relate with :'D

I'm still living with my parents, so I don't have any fear of starving (well, that and the fact that I'm about 15 lbs overweight anyways XD), but other than that, I hardly have any money. I do have a job, but up here in MA the most you can work as a student is...I think 14 hours a week? I'm too flooded with schoolwork during the week to work Monday-Friday, and I'm usually too damn lazy exhausted to work by the time the weekend comes around D:

...I guess you could say I have a bit of a spending problem. As soon as I get my paycheck, I end up spending it all probably within 17 minutes. Usually on useless crap that I don't even need XD;
