You can use any singular word or archetype to describe any given character if you tried hard enough.

Very true. You can do that in about every manga or anime I've ever got a reasonable way through.

That is true too. But if you think about how hard it would be to make a character that's not like that.

Is it wrong of me to call my best friend a weeaboo, because he never watches dubs, while I for one who does not like reading if Dubs are available?
If anything you're the weeaboo. That's kinda similar to me I guess, I mean I will watch dubs, but I much prefer subs when it comes to most anime.

The industries spew out what people buy, it can't be helped. Lack of amazing titles in every field does make it a hell of a lot better when that awesome series, film, song or whatever does come along though.

What's wrong with watching only subs? Though if he refuses to watch decent dubs such as Soul Eater's /opinion then maybe it's a borderline title. But if it's mostly terrible dubs he refuses to watch coughcoughTHENEWERPOKEMONcoughcough then I understand why o3o

Weeaboo-san is someone who believes that glorious Nihon is the best country on earth (totally true by the way). They usually try to incorporate random Nihongo words into conversation to try and sound Nihonjin, eat Nihongo food like Pocky and Sushi, and want to move to glorious Nihon.

Nihon means Japan by the way, you baka gaijin Americans.

Spoiler:

Katawa Shoujo is awesome o3o And playable on Mac!

And I love Japanese sweets <3 But then again I love all sorts of sweets so it doesn't count so much ^^;

Also, why is the guy saying "Sorry" at the beginning?

Spoiler:
That's...my dream....how dare you make fun of it! *runs away crying*

Some kid in my school is going there next year, the funny thing is, he thinks it's going to be exactly like it is in some anime. I would give anything to his face when he sees it's not.

Implying Japan isn't full of monsters and 10 yearold girls fighting monsters.
Haha. Back when he wasn't a weirdo, I got him to see Amagami SS, and now it's like he's convinced that's the way his life is going to turn out like. Pretty funny if you ask me.

Actually, the girls are generally middle school age, thus making them 12-13 or something like that, typically.

And hey, if we really want to be like the Japanese, let's start school in April and get out in March! /I think that's how it is; not counting summer break and winter break (I think they get one)

Ha, that's great. He's got a point though, you can't call yourself a true animation fan unless you've seen Fairly Odd Parents.

Or, in the case of recent times, so it seems, My Little Pony. But hey, the main character is voiced by the person who voices Timmy Turner, so it doesn't matter if you see one or the other!
