Saying pokemon yaoi doesn't mess up my ads :/ I'm getting one from pizza hut. How does that even.. connect?

Um.. ._. question. Do you NEED to have over 6000 posts to make a blog on PC? Or can you make a blog if you have less but are a supporter? How does it work?

if you donate 10 dollars, to become Tier 2,you can make blogs. no matter how many posts you have.
