It is a good movie. Four star movie. (b'')b According to Google.
I never said it was bad, but the mass advertising really wouldn't be needed if it is such a great movie( I haven't seen it yet.)

Everything needs advertising. If nobody heard of the movie, nobody would go. That was something it needed, because it was such an unknown IP and seemed to come out of no where. Peter Jackson produced it, so they definitely had the cash to advertise it the way they did.
Does that make it a worse movie? No.
Does that make more people interested in seeing what all the hubub is about? Yes.
Everybody wins.
The Dark Knight got mountains of advertisement, and it's often proclaimed one of the best movies in a very long time.
I don't really watch that many movies any more... They always seem to be a bit of a let down for me (which is why I haven't been out to see one in over a year XD).
Eww, people actually go to the movies? Maybe I just go to a stereotypical move place thing, but the floors are sticky, some of the people won't shut up, there are people breathing down your neck and eating and drinking loudly in crowded theaters, and it just smells weird. I wait for them to come out on DVD, unless I absolutely have to see the movie.
Heeey, don't forget about the annoying little kid behind you who's forever kicking the back of your seat throughout the entire movie! :D
I really hate those kids who cry since they are out of popcorn they should ban kids under the age 13 from any movie theater >:DHeeey, don't forget about the annoying little kid behind you who's forever kicking the back of your seat throughout the entire movie! :D
My uncle has an in-home theater in his basement with 10 of those chairs :OOOYou didn't? DDDDx Lucky you...
I remember when I was a kid though, I used to sit on the top of the chair rather than push the seat down and sit like a normal person. I was small, darnit! We have chairs like this at my local theatre~:

Lol that would be sweet but he lives in Pennsylvania
You know I'd do that. 8D
I actually still do that. I think it is much more exciting than those flat seats that aren't even cushion-y.
Y' know, I think it'd be better if you lived with your rich uncle. Become the next prince of bel-air >:O
I just came back from watching "9", and it was great. :3
I give that movie 4 out of 5 stars.
I've haven't had any trouble kids in any movie theater in my entire life. xD

Idk, I go there during the summer lol xD
That doesn't change the fact that you can live with him. Just save up money and freeload off of your uncle. It's absolutely fool proof 8D
