GASP. =O... I've never watched Avatar. ;w;
I love that show. x3 It's the closest thing to anime (other than Pokemon) that I watch.

*has never seen Avatar either lol*
I'm not doing anything for Hallowe'en. Or nothing that I know of, anyway. :/ I guess I might sit around downstairs and hand out candy if any of my housemates don't mind pitching in to buy some.
I wish Pokemon and Avatar could be on the same channel here - that'd be a pretty epic hour. It'd bring back memories of when Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon were shown back-to-back on Cartoon Network. *reminisces*I got into Avatar awhile back, because it aired just before Pokemon on YTV for awhile. lol
And it is by far theonlybest American cartoon I've seen. XD
Don't even get me ranting on America (wow, i'm such a hypoc.)

Well, Avatar was fine in English, because heh, that was the original language. :P
But if English was not the original language, the dubs tend to suck, like 90% of the time. XD
And here is my proof:

Don't live in this country then, you non american >:O
Seriously, America made so much unnecessary changes to the measuring system. We don't need ounces, gallons, inches, or yards, and we most definitely don't need Fahrenheit. It is even worse when patriotic morons say stuff like "football is awesome" when they are ignorant of the fact that the name was stolen. And they treat it like the best thing since super sliced bread, which of course, can only be beat by three things. God(the red one), Cherrim, and Chuck Norris, in that order.
It's just annoying that people think America is such a great place, no worries, nor problems at all! Let's move there! NO. Just NO. Every morning I wake up and hear about all these shootings and robberies on the news and economic and political issues that definitely should not be occurring.
America didn't 'change' the measurement system, XD. They just decided to keep using the system that the rest of us used to use back in the middle ages. =P
Only because you were raised that way. Every other country uses the metric system, and countries refuse to buy Americas goods unless they convert it to the metric system.
Don't even get me started on sports. And to me, the Customary system is and seems a lot easier to me the Metric, IMO.
@ KATARA AVATAR IS FULL of EPICNESS <3

LOL, this reminds me of when I was watching this Fox 2 news thing on youtube(the O'rielly factor), and a youtuber actually showed that the Netherlands was much more peaceful than the U.S, which is what the "fair and balanced" crazies at Fox weren't saying. They actually claimed that it was a "cesspool of crime and violence" or something along those lines.
So...whose words are you buying? :P^ Our life today, in the words of my geography teacher ^
Really? I usually hear the opposite from the outside world, since I lived outside of America for most of my life (10 out of almost 16 years). The general idea is that you're shot on sight, thanks to the 2nd Amendment (especially in Asia), or that Bush sucks, and the healthcare is terrible (Canada gets this one). But coming from someone who's seen most of it, I say the U.S.A. is a pretty darn decent place to live; it's just that the peaceful places are never highlighted in the news. New Orleans robberies and Atlanta shootings take the news by storm, but never the quaint Little League baseball games in Round Rock, TX or Plymouth, MN.
