The best smilie for trying to clue people in on sarcasm is

.

Yeah but we've moved on from talking about your specific example and are now tackling your statement.
By that comment, I was talking about the comments we made.

The most obvious way to show sarcasm(without smilies/emoticons) is by using italics. And there really should be a font called sarcastica, it would work wonders.

On another note, I'll try to use my Xbox Live to the fullest extent before it runs out of days. Does anyone want to challenge me on Halo 3?

I can catch sarcasm fairly easily through the internet, but then again, I study Psychology, so it would become apparent to me at one point or another.

It also depends on whether I know the person really well or not to do exact pinpoints of sarcasm in their posts and such.

You study everything don't you? >__>
The personality does have a fairly large role on the internet. You would expect feign to be much more random than me (hopefully), and mycotoxin to be ...I don't even know :\

An energetic 13-year old that just has big vocabulary? o.o

That sounds fairly accurate, although Feign can be just as annoying when I have to google every single word he types.
Mycotoxin probably has a folder of LOLcats just for his avatars here >__>

Yaaaay~! Maybe I won't have to resort to putting <SARCASM> around my posts. 8D

No, you actually have to put in [/sarcasm]. It's like a failed attempt at...whatever the hell those are called.

I don't. o:

>:O
Oh Emm Gee, how the hell did the 25 character limit get me?

So you just think of me as a troll in general? D:

T_T

@Ctep: maybe it wasnt sarcasm. Was it. See, it does fail. Im so confused >.<

No no, I mean in the particular post you were warned about, the one I don't even know where it is...

Also, I love my use of unnecessary large words (however meaningless). Lets have a practice round:

Patriarchy indemnifies insatiable conglomeration, in so that civility is irrevocably dismissive and mailable.
