I think it's hardwired in moms' brains to take away all fun children can have while they're in school. Honestly, like it would distract me *that* much. I'd just have GH and KH and DDR and...okay, maybe it would. But still. DDR and GH are healthy for you. One promotes fitness and the other finger dexterity. And I need finger dexterity. XD

I don't think I'd get consoles in college if I was living in a dorm, though. Especially a party dorm. You never know what happens in those.

I'm totally gonna get flamed for this post right now x_x

I hate the Kingdom Hearts franchise. There, I said it. Crucify me >O

I never actually played the second game, so I wouldn't know what to think about it, but I absolutely detested the storyline of the first. The gameplay and battle system was hella fun, I admit, but I absolutely hate how they tried to fuse together past FF characters, and Disney characters into the same meaningless storyline. The characters were unlikeable, Sora was annoying as hell, and I hate how they portrayed some of my past favorite Final Fantasy characters in that game.

And this is gonna sound completely random, but can someone please explain to me why the hell Cloud Strife's sword was covered in tape in that game? I'm still fishing for that answer to that question, after all this time.

You know how Nomura's art style is... with belts and zippers and all that crap. He might've been channeling Sanouske's blade from Ruroni Kenshin.

I enjoyed KH1 and 2. Although the former was incredibly tough at some points. (i.e. Shadow Riku and Dragon Maleficent)

My mom allows me to read dirty things. She's awesome for few things.

My mom used to allow me to drink in the house.

...This was probably only because she was almost always intoxicated, though x_x

Things have changed quite a bit for me since moving down to live with my grandparents, though. I don't get away with anything here D:

Actually, with about 10 minutes of training, you can easily beat Maleficent.
Shadow Riku however....just pure agility.

Dragon Maleficent is the easiest boss in the game. Just stand on one of the giant vines and hit all of her fieballs back at her. She can't do a thing to stop you!

I'm bad at "Guard" on both KH games. >.<
She was already hard for me on Normal mode. It took me a few times to finally beat her.

As difficult as KH1 was, I was disappointed by how easy KH2 was. Those reaction commands made bosses way too simple.

(But it was nice too wipe the floor with Cerberus)

Is it so wrong I played 3/4 of the way through II without playing I?

Not to change the topic, but just because I'm no longer fluent in KH (I hate playstation controllers compared to Gamecube/Wii), is anyone into Fire Emblem?

The new game just came out, the original with Marth from Super Smash Bros in it, and I'm excited to snag it when I have a paycheck that doesn't go to dad for other payments.

Am I the only one that hasn't played KH?
I've read the guides for both games, but that's...it.
I have never played it before in my life. Tis why I haven't been posting much today. XD

Thank you for changing the subject! And to a game I actually have played, and love to boot! :D

Yeah, I got Shadow Dragon yesterday, and I'm currently up to Chapter Four. It's getting pretty challenging, which is awesome. I have to get back into the way of playing things, though, because, you see, I killed one of my archers when I brought him to close to the enemy, heh. But I'm getting the hang of it again, and I think it'll be pretty addictive.

I know from experience, as I played both Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn daily until I had gotten to the finish line. I literally could not put them down, XD. I haven't even been that bad with Pokemon. :P

Well, to be honest, I'm not into the series. I have played one of the games--Sacred Stones (I think), but that's it.
I was planning on getting Path of Radiance, until I realized my local Gamespot usually never has them in stock.

Tis why I haven't been posting much today. XD
Same, and Anime conventions don't interest me, hence why I barely posted the last few days here.

Ahhh I can't wait to play the new FE. Maybe I'll hop over to the mall this weekend and pick it up. I haven't played in so long...But definitely one of the greatest gaming experiences of my life =P

I loved Sacred Stones...So much so that I played more than 100 hours of creature campaign after I beat the main storyline. All my characters are level 20 with almost max stats because of those power-up items =]

What's Scared Stones?
What's Fire Emblem?

Man, I'm just way off tonight after being badly sick for a few days. >_<

Sacred Stones is a Fire Emblem game. Fire Emblem is a game series that's usually for Nintendo. I've never really played any...too long and not much action.

Ew, flu season sucks; been there done that o.x;

Wait, we're talking about Fire Emblem now? XD I got the DS game on Wednesday... And personally, I not only prefer the GBA graphics, I also kinda like the NES graphics (well, the DS game is a remake of an NES game, after all). And that's saying something XD But yeah, it's a really fun tactical game. Yggdra Union is also a great example of a tactics game; it has a couple similarities to Fire Emblem, but it's a lot more unique in many ways :3

I'm a Nintendo fan, so yeah.
