I know for sure that pulchra refers to beauty in some form, whether it be 'beauty', 'beautiful', 'beauteous' or whatever. 'Video' seems like a word to do with seeing, and 'filial' is of or related to one's father, isn't it? And 'tua' sounds more Maori than anything, but I'd guess it was some form of copula.
