I just wanted to know Gummy's real name ;;
You owe me anyway, I already told you why. >:(

I owe you nothing!

You are the spawn of satan. ;;

And go ask him yourself. :\

I am not! D:<

Because apparently I violate the rules and cannot become a bro if I do that. He won't tell me anyway, I asked already :(

I think what your work looks like, should only matter to you. I've had a lot of people who come up to me and start saying how crap their works too. To be honest, if you think your work is crap, I don't see why you continue to keep doing it. Obviously if you don't like your own work, you're not going to be passionate about it and you'll never succeed to the best of your abilities.

Never compare your work to others, no one has expectations of you. If you like it and you think it looks great, no one else's opinions should matter.

On the other hand, don't be too confident in your abilities. If you think too highly of your own handiwork, you'll never make any real progress.

If you think your work is crap and don't like it the way it currently is, remember that there's always room for experimentation and improvement. Don't be afraid to try new techniques or apply old ones in new ways. If you keep trying everything at your disposal and generally working hard at it, you may very well create something you can be proud of.

Both of those quotes are win, seriously.

I was getting depressed because my graphics aren't as good as Dukey, Loki, Baromega, and the other greats. Heck, same thing happened with my writing. Starting to lose passion because I'm comparing myself to others.

However, I then realized I shouldn't keep thinking like that. Instead, try different writing and graphic techniques at my own pace. And now I'm getting happier of my graphic and writing abilities again. For instance, recently I posted a new tag at the graphics rating thread. It's still junk compare to the other graphic artists, but I'm willing to get constructive criticism. Also, I'm actually proud of it as it's the first tag I learned some new ways to use Gimp.

At least you can make graphics. It took me like, 30 minutes to stick a picture of me on Superman on Paint. XD;

Will, you don't have your Scrubs theme, which makes you automatic fail. :[

Wait, you did that? I think that's an accomplishment, actually. I suck at Paint. XD;

And nah, I still can't make graphics that well yet. Heh, I still have people say, "oh, at least you can make graphics better than me," but I know they think my graphics are not great. Fine by that as I'm still improving.

Excuse me, what? Say that to Mork.

I suck at Paint too. lmao. It's okay, you're not alone on that. And everyone has to start somewhere.

Yeah, I just got started using GIMP since...late August, I think? That was when the Get Together started and I entered it with my crudy tags. XD; But at the moment I'm learning more about graphics by experimenting, looking at a couple tutorials, and patience. XD Oh, and looking at a thousand tags for inspiration. @_@

I would, but I can't talk to him through VM ;;
How about PM? Seems people forgot about those since VM came here. D:

I swear, Luck, I'm going to shove a straw down your throat. :(
