I've always wanted to try out Adobe Photoshop. My mom's sister loves it, and since I want to make my own graphics... But yeah XD

I'm more of a spriter/splicer/recolorer, really, so I just stick to Paint most of the time XD But my theme was made using GIMP (since I only know how to use a couple of features XD).
 
I'm too cheap for Photoshop, so GIMP's the only way for me to go. It does what I want it to do with minimal fuss.
 
I've learned that for those who can't afford Photoshop, there are other ways of obtaining it.

I use gimp, I think it's okay, better then paint.

Well, of course. When I obtained Photoshop (and about $3500 worth of Adobe products as well) I practically threw my moral compass out the window.
 
Like getting Touhou without having to pay for it =D And all these Japanese games onto emulators =D (though I bought Platinum FAIR AND SQUARE >.> /Pokemon talk)

But yeah.

Ah, good old internet. Gives us a lot for free, including pesky viruses, malware, trojans... >.>

I'm sure you can find a website to download it, but, of course, you need to be careful of potential virus'.

Thank god I don't have any viruses in my computer:), I don't download things, unless they are songs:), so far no viruses:).
 
You know that most viruses (other than porn) come from music downloads? Oh, and picture downloads.

I saved a picture of some Nike Shoes I wanted to buy, and it left a virus. D:<

I download pictures :/ off me, family, friends and things I need to make banners :/, but when my computer spots something while downloading I delete it and cancel the download :)

Believe it or not, that is very possible. People have figured out how to trick the computer into running code that has been embedded into the image. You don't see it in many places, though. I think most of the browsers have fixed that flaw, but you still need to be careful.
 
Is it just me, or does Guillermo's "Don't send me random friend requests" go off the post borderline? O_o (by the way, like your new username and theme ^^)

People have found ways to attach viruses to all sorts of things, unfortunately >.>

Not in the Legacy forum style it doesn't..

Or maybe it's your theme.
It's not going off in the new fixed width Infernape theme..

It's not for me. It looks normal. I'm using the Conway theme on the Standard mode.

Yeah, I know. You'd think they could put that knowledge to some good use, but they don't.
 
It's fine for me using Conway. :o

And some people are just complete idiots. There are a lot of sites with more than 2 different kinds of viruses on it.. it's sad.

My University cuts off the Internet in your dorm room if you are caught using torrents. We get calls all of the time because of people getting in trouble for copyright violation.
