I would die if I lived in a central state. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit; probably because I've always had the luxury of a beach. Lakes are just a fun though. Plus you don't have to worry about a shark eating you... Always a positive!

Well then beachboy could go get de-smodded for all i care! Nah kidding dont worry but yeah the beach is well summery and im wintery. I would love to live near a lake. The upside is no saltwater which means better swimming. I guess thats why i never learned to swim.

I'm jealous of you people living on the coast xD there's all this crappy weather in the winter here and it seems cool having all those attractions by the beaches.

I've only been to the beach once. It was last year for our senior trip. I really loved it. I always prefer warmer weather over colder weather. The only thing that I wasn't used to was the sand. Not good if you don't have sandles or flip-flops.

Well at least you guys and gals out there don't have to worry about earthquakes. One big one and California will be renamed into the main island of Hawaii. XD

Eww, sand between the toes XD. It's not that bad, but definitely an uncomfortable feeling if you've never felt such a thing before.

Ugh still awake i cant anymore. I might make it another hour till 52 hours but then im through. Anyway i am actually sick of the beach. My summers were always sitting with my dad in the hot sun with the smell of fish around me for hours for only what 5 porgies? But hell that one year when we went into the town and had 15 buckets of fish i was not complaining. But yeah NYC at wintertime with a nice good blizzard is always the best. Only cause its so white and magical. Oh and cause the streets would be dead. Well that and cause this was like years ago when the alert level was still high and people wouldnt even step into the city.

Well, it wasn't... quite a blizzard but the weather was pretty nasty. XD; The last day of that ski trip wasn't too fun because the wind was so strong it would blow you off course.

Aaagh I know 90s=late 20s in Celcius so I don't even want to imagine what 110 is. Oh god. @_@ I could NOT handle that. I hate being outside when it hits mid-20s here (80s there?) so sdfkhjdgd.

110 is 43 in Celcius :( That's about what it is here in the summer. I _hate_ it here, just because April - September is so hot that you're miserable like, all the time ;_; I loooove the Winter, it's usually around 45 F (7 C) for most of it, which is really comfortable <3

Meh, I'm not a big beach person either XD I like looking out over the water and all, and swimming a little, but I get so tired of it after an hour or two... much less spending days there :(

Ah your lucky man. The lowest we get in summer is 42 highest is 47. Lowest in the winter is 0 highest is 10 or so. And thats why i love it here. The damn cold weather. Not that new york didnt have it its just that the cold weather here is pure cold weather not that wind crap.

Agreed. It's not an everyday type of thing, and it does get old after so long. I'm just the type of person that would rather be hot and cooled down by some refreshing water than cold and warmed up by a heater.

I love the beach because I don't get to go very often. I prefer going to big lakes though, because the water isn't salty.

It can get kind of cold here in the winter, but I don't mind. I hate the summers because they're so dang hot and humid! ;~; Spring is lovely though. <3

I command thee to cease complaining.
Michigan is freaking TERRIBLE. It's either too cold, or too hot. And by too hot, I mean around 90 F. It's hot, considering we are usually freezing. It's still 50 F, on average. I'd take 110 F over 50 F anyday.

But... 50F seems pretty damn nice to me. It's been about that temperature out this week, save that crazy wind we had the other day. And omg it was so nice out.

YOU can complain when the weather fluctuates between -15C and 15C all in a week. >:|

Our Winters are mild, yeah, but I would rather have a colder winter then a hot summer XD It's usually around 45 in the summer, and starts to drop around late September :(

Honestly though, this is a "grass is always greener on the other side" thing XD For me, I say all "God I'd rather live where you are ;_; I hate the heat" but you guys would rather live where I am, because it's not cold.

Edit: *shrug* Last July it got that hot, at least according to weather channels and all that.
