Bitterness, saltiness, sourness, sweetness, and umami are flavours. Spicyness is merely a sensation.

I'm fine with a little kick of heat. But sometimes the sensation is so strong that you're focused on that and not flavours you are tasting. You end up just feeling heat but not tasting anything. That I don't like.

When we're out at restaurants my dad and I will ask the waiter for something chili-related. My dad likes to add hot oil to stuff, I prefer chili flakes. The flakes don't alter the texture of what you're eating. The oil makes stuff wet and washes stuff out.

I hate spicy things, but that is because my tongue is really sensitive to salts and spices. Pepperoni and green peppers taste a bit spicy to me..and raw carrots have a salty taste. I am just strange.

Anything with vinegar though is just pure orgasmic.

Youre making me hungry. :[. And I like muffins too.

I love spicy foods, especially Chinese spicy foods. It seems they always have the best ones.

...I am kinda hungry for Chinese now. I have an egg roll in the fridge; might need to heat that up. I really hate cloudy days when I could be out tanning.
I had Chinese last night for dinner. Sweet and sour chicken, General Tso's chicken, porked fried rice, white rice, and fruit punch - Best dinner this week.

We had... fish, I think. :]. But I havnt had brekky yet, so meh. :[.

It seems that a large percent of the conversation on this thread contains something about food... T_T
But... I have to agree. I don't like really fishy tasting fish. Canned tunafish is ok.

I love subway <3
Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is my favorite. I'm not a big fan of Tuna. I'll eat most any other fish, including sushi.
