Eh...writing isn't my favorite, especially if we get assignments that I don't have an interest in. I mean, I'll write and all, but writing just for the sake of a class isn't really fun. Writing for my own pleasure is ok though ^__^

I like science and math a lot better...They just seem more interesting to me for some reason =P

XD I love writing, as I've been making fanfictions for ages. I just don't like English, heh.

It's kind of a crazy reason to dislike it, but here we go: it's just too easy, heh. You don't really have to put much thought into things, and when you do, it sucks. I remember writing an essay in grade 11, in which I enjoyed all of my ideas and thought it was a job well done. The thing is, my mark didn't reflect it. I finally got the hint, and for my final project I sat down one day, and in two hours wrote the worst crap I could think of. I basically just filled the thing with junk, while supporting ideas that I myself did not support.

...I got a freakin' 95%, the highest in the class. >_<

After that I realized that if I wanted a good mark in English, I had to do stuff like that. Which I continued on doing. On an essay I wrote in university, which was supposed to be five pages, I ended up writing three pages of solid material, and then filled the rest up with big words. I became very good with that, replacing things like "guessed" with "was unsure of the factual accuracy of the situation, but made an assumption based on all of the known quantities that were available."

So yeah, that's why I hate English. XD

So, no one here meets their friends outside of school?

I'm curious, because that seems to be the only reason all of you are looking forward to school.

I meet them outside of school all the time.

I'm good at English. I got a B. :]

I still haven't gotten my grade for writing this semester...I'm assuming I got an A, since we got the chance to rewrite our final essays at least three times. Honestly, how easy can they make it for you? All you have to do is correct whatever mistakes your teacher marks down! =D

That's what I do in Roleplays here. xD
I don't let myself use small words; instead, I change them into longer thoughts.

But I don't do it as, no offense, boring as the example you gave. But of course, I'm speaking of fictional narratives; whereas, you're speaking of nonfictions essays.

None taken. Actually that was the point: that it is boring to write like that. XD

Yeah, I don't mind expanding ideas in fiction. In fact, I enjoy doing it. I guess I wouldn't be much of a fanfiction writer if I didn't. ^_^

You know..I've never really tried fanfictions. I just can't seem to write with character that already has it's own personality. That's why I prefer Narratives and Roleplays more. 8D

To me, half the fun of writing is making your own charater, then actually becoming your character.

It reminds me of this one roleplay I was in not to long ago. All the RP'ers were so into the mood of what was going on, so into all the emotions. It was amazing what we came up with.

But, you don't see alot of that anymore.. :/

Screw you. >:[ My lame idiotic Writing professor this year was so stupid, I swear the last class she could have taught without being criticized for not understanding the material/being extremely confusing on every assignment/due date would have been in 1875. And she would go over the most ridiculous/2nd grade material out of this book that had so much more in it that we never covered. Our class participation "grade" was a joke and certainly didn't boost me at all, despite me answering every other question and reading aloud each class.

On top of that, the writing classes at my college are supposed to be completely about revision, especially English 101 which is what I was in. Instead, she gives us a Memoir to write. So I did. We revised it, and I got an A. The Memoir grade is 30% of your grade. But oh! That's not all we did: instead, she decided that the day before Final Memoir was due, she'd assign a second one. So we do that and hand it in, thinking we'll be revising this one. LOLNOPE. She took it, counted it for half our memoir grade, and I got a B on it. And wouldn't you think, when you do the calculations, a 100% on the first and an 85% on the second, would mean you have a 90% aka an A-? HAHA. Apparently not. Instead, I got a B+ for my memoir grade.

Same thing happened when she wouldn't respond to her e-mail for eight days because she's a part-time teacher, so on my last piece (a Descriptive Essay) I didn't get the revision opportunity everyone else did. Therefore she made me hand in what I had, I got a B+ and that was my grade for the semester, in a class I should have easily aced because I'm an excellent writer. BLEH.

Don't go to community college, folks...it's not worth the mental strain.

I kind of prefer fanfiction over roleplay. You see, I'm always thinking too far ahead into the future. In an RPG, you can rarely if ever get things to go your way too far down the road. But with fanfictions, you are at the steering wheel. XD

I have several fanfictions on the go right now, and in many of them I am already thinking of plotlines for the next chapters, and the next twenty chapters. In some cases even further than that, XD.

...Yeah. I think way to much. Obviously faster than I can type. ^_^

I unfortunately don't see myself every writing a fanfic. Although I'm a fan of so many shows and games that are worthy, I'm afraid I just don't have the time, and I don't absolutely love one particular show/game enough to sit down and do it. I'd rather just watch and play everything instead of writing about it I suppose. =P

O_O
Ouch..
I feel sorry for you..
I would be so mad..

That's actually one of my favorite aspects. You thinks you know exactly what'll happen, but the someone twists the plot in a different direction. It really gets you into the mood of the RP. ^^

But, I guess that may just be me. Cause I love not knowing. xD

It's not just you. It's many people. I'm just not one of them! :P

Though I have done Anime-Style Pokemon Battling in the past, I much prefer battling over WiFi. If Nintendo WiFi had existed back when I joined some ASB Leagues, I never would have stayed very active, if I would have even joined to begin with, heh.

And that's it for me. I have class in just over eight hours, so I'd better get some shut-eye! Laterz! ^_^

Hooray for my lack of school tomorrow! Seriously, I have off to the 26th before I go back...I have nothing to do O.O

You should definitely get into battling, Sublime. It's fun stuff ^___^

Lucky. :[ My classes start tomorrow and I moved into my dorm today.

But! I scheduled my classes very excellently, for lack of a better word. :] My first class tomorrow is at 1:30, my second class is right after it at 2:30, and then I'm home, though I'll probably head to the bookstore to pick up a planner and a binder or two. T-Th aren't too bad either since my classes only start at 11:30 each day. :'D

I have two 8:30s this semester, which won't be fun. But for the most part, my schedule is more spread out this time around, which is fine.

Yeah, I don't know what my school is thinking. My sister is going back this weeks and I'm not even half way done with my vacation =/

Bleh.
I'm back, for lack of being able to sleep -.-
Curse you two weeks of staying up till 3:00! D:<

I'm liking battling more and more as I make my team better.
I use shoddy to test teams out, then make them in Diamond.
