Who has the new american 5 dollar bill? I DO! :D lol

We have 2 Trolls running amok now.
GIT 'EM, WENT!
xD
So...
How many "rare" currencies do you guys have?
I have... not too many.
Maybe... 5?

I like to collect odd coins. I mostly have a bunch of the 'special' Canadian & American quarters, which have things other than the caribou/eagle on them. As for other countries' coins, I have one from a middle eastern country(dunno which), and one old French Franc. I actually found the latter in a quarter dispensing machine, XDD. Even before the Euro was introduced in France, this particular coin was worth less than a Canadian quarter, so I guess someone was using them in their place. See, they are pretty much the same size. XD

I also have two old Canadian $5 bills, though I want to get my hands on an old $2 one. ^^

I don't, personally, but my mum has a collection of shillings (the currency before pounds/pence) and such.

Did u guys hear about Antivirus 2009??? That thing crashed my old computer O.O
I say if u see that thing pop up shut off ur computer cus it will cause viruses and so on!!!

I don't worry about viruses too much...Macs are for the win. XD
Being on Windows XP with no anti-virus still doesn't get me viruses.

It's about knowing what you're doing with a computer; I think anti-virus products are made for the average family user that'll click on random stuff, more than anyone else.
I'm not saying people shouldn't have one though, nor that I don't usually have one, since it'll stop those random attacks and make sure downloads from places like LimeWire are actually 'safe'.
All in all, protection shows itself up to me as useful but not necessary...

I agree. I've had my computer unaffected by a single virus ever since I bought it, and I haven't ever used an antivirus. It's all about being smart.

Now, when my father got his notebook, I insisted on having an antivirus there. My father is that kind of guy who clicks on 'CONGRATULATIONS YOU'RE THE 999,999TH VISITOR' ads and stuff.

My subscription for Mcafee ran out, but I wasn't really worried.
My gut was right, it's been about a month and I've got nothing. ^^;

Those ads are funny since it's often some number over 8 billion, just wtf, there's not even that many people on this planet, and much fewer that actually have Internet access. D:

Ohum, I remember going into HMV and paying with a Scottish £20 note, the guy stared at it for a while. xD

There are so many different kinds of money that we have yet to discover and get '

Just like Pokemon, Lol.

But about Antivirus 2009, a friend of mine is a huge computer expert and he mentioned that it pretends to be an Virus Rmeover/Blocker program and starts to your system's files.

Who the hell creates viruses anyway? Losers who have nothing else better to do?

just to change the subject, new year= new games so what games are you waiting for besides pokemon platinum? im waiting for sonic and the black night! that games going to be kick awesome!

There's already an entire topic for that in the games section.

I refuse to put any un-Apple virus software on my MacBook <3. It's too risky, this thing works great in all areas (except maybe submitting some documents to my college, since they're idiotic and can't change the file from .docx to .doc. -_-)

Yeah, the virus problems are annoying... especially when the site has a database error. Another problem is the amount of people that come online... that would slow things down.
