Mine is pretty bad. I would actually say why but I don't see the point because I have no proof (that i am willing to release) of what happened and therefore people probably wont believe me.

Serebii is not just too strict, the majority of the staff are trolls and abuse their powers. I've seen moderators call people "******* retards" in VM on their profiles yet, they get in no trouble./

Joe (Serebii himself) is not very aware of how disrespectful his staff are to members, then when people complain he ignores it.

1. We're not too strict, if anything we're too leniant.
2. If you see mods do that, then report it and I, or the other admins, shall deal with it. Believe it or not, we're not omnipresent.
3. I do NOT ignore complaints. I work my ass off to make it an enjoyable place to post. If you see a problem, report it. Don't ***** about it, report it.

As for the server issue last night you're all mentioning...there was a database glitch but as I was not present, I could not fix it immediately. I apologise for inconvenience caused
