I can link to you several complaints about swearing and trolling moderators which were laughed at by the staff and promptly locked.

3. I do NOT ignore complaints. I work my ass off to make it an enjoyable place to post. If you see a problem, report it. Don't ***** about it, report it.

If an admin is the one who does all the site design and such, it's usually done behind the scenes. ;) Also, you do know how big the information database is on Serebii, right? Who do you think does most of the legwork for that?

Now please stop the flaming before this stuff gets the DCC locked! :O

Over here in Canada just got up. What's everybody doing today? I got to go take my sister to the airport, she's going back to Leeds, England (where I'm from) for a holiday, by herself. But she's 15 O.o

I was reading the other page where the Serebii stuff started and thought to myself "I wonder if Joe still searches his name on other Pokemon forums" and lo and behold here's a post from him. Made my day lmfao.
 
I had something like fishfingers, but without fish and with vegetables instead.

No, even my mods think I'm way too leniant in the rules I have placed on the forums. Sure we have the infraction system but mostly its used to give warnings and infractions only given on continual offenders. Most mods just want to ban

And that means I don't care? I am an incredibly efficient worker, when I'm online, I can multitask; Work on my projects, scout for news, control the chatroom, browse the forums and chat to my friends. This falls in to the category of #4. If I get complaints, I take it seriously.

This isn't the first time you've completely exaggerated things just because of your continual bias against me.

Well, as said before, I have my opinions, but I choose to leave them be. And I have no intention of being a part of another fight. XD

There's currently a database fault that causes Server C, our MySQL Server, to lag when a mod is doing something like an IP Search or a name change. We're currently investigating this issue but it causes isolated pockets of lag. The forums will load, albeit a bit slowly. The problem, if the forums aren't rebooted, usually goes away after 10-15 minutes on its own
 
oh god lagging everytime I did a search or change like that would make me so nervous. :( "Oshi-- did I just break everything??"

But it didn't work for me the whole of yesterday (apart from a 3 minute period) and hasn't worked today. I just get 'The web page is not available", so it's just not loading. But some people yesterday said they could get on it, I couldn't :(

Go into command prompt, type tracert serebiiforums.com and PM me the results, then I can determine the fault.

I think I know what may have happened, it happened to me last week too
