are the best RPG games on the DS, imo.

Chrono Trigger should've had more extras, but I'm not complaining.

Cute characters make me curious.
FF tends to do that.

Final Fantasy doesn't have cute characters.

Chrono Trigger.
Seriously.

How? I've never played this game.

I read the Twilight series and bought the books out of curiousity because of the hype, and I regretted it dearly. Terrible writing style, flat characters, just overall amateur fanfiction-type writing.

Because not all fanfiction is bad.

Both of you had to at least have played Dragon Warrior. Please tell me that you've played that.
FYI, 12 sucks. Go with 6, 7, 4, or even 5. Nah, don't get 5, that game is awful story wise.

I actually didn't like the battle system in FF12 too much. I didn't get used to it for awhile. Once you do, though, it's okay. You just get lost sometimes when you're stuck in a situation where you have to constantly give out multiple command actions.
And the storyline is decent. I'd suggest at least trying to get halfway through the game before just entirely giving up.
