It's actually less dangerous than Facebook, seeing that Facebook demands your real last name. I have an alias, but still.
And I take that in offense. >_> I just believe you object to way too many honest things, when really it depends upon opinion whether anyone wants to use Myspace or go to Wal-mart or McDonald's. :(

I prefer Facebook to Myspace. Myspace is clunky and I get tired of seeing, "lol pic coment 4 pic coment?" and "repost this or u die 2morow". Facebook is just a ton of "lol i'm in my english class. really boring. save me!"

And yeah, the internet in general isn't safe. No matter what site you're on.

I think you're mixing Facebook up with Twitter. :\
 
Facebook* is the only one of them I use. Never saw a real point in the others.

*I did briefly have a MySpace for my RP/Fan Fiction character, but that has been abandoned.

I can proudly say that I don't have an account on any of those sites.
Except for Twitter, but I since abandoned it because it was just pointless.
No one really cares if Miley Cyrus(who quit tweeting) had eggs for breakfast and doesn't like her hair.

Some of PC's members single-mindedly follow the path towards either a hack or a fanfic or fanart or something along those lines, updating on time and eventually finishing or abandoning it, getting on with the next task.

Of course, you do get your banana if you were just referring to the DCC. :P

I've found twitter can be annoying because I'll update and then a friend will txt me like 'omg can we hang out' and I'll be like 'uh...I'm busy' after I just tweeted "omg bored w/ nothing to do"
