Derrick, not to rain on your parade or whatever, but how on earth can you have gender dysphoria [gender identity disorder] and not be/desire to be a trans?

Both. Because if you were my gender and acted like the opposite, it would be metrosexuality.

But seeing as narcissism plays a role in metrosexuality, I'm going to say I'm not metrosexual, seeing as I'm the farthest thing from narcissism ever.

If you were straight but you acted 'gay/effeminate' as you're implying metrosexuality to be, you wouldn't necessarily be any different. :/
[Unless, of course, you think David Beckham is effeminate!]

Metrosexuality is just taking care of oneself properly. One can be homosexual and metrosexual, or homosexual and not metrosexual, hetero&metro&masculine, and et cetera. ;[
