My school has a half day every month. The school board requires it.
 
School was fine for me. Not many half days, but considering I'd come home to an empty house anyway, that never bothered me.

Oh yeah, somehow I lost 15 from my postcount in the last four hours. Weird:/
 
Here, I've seen snow...once in my whole life.
It was like a half of an inch and everyone was so overjoyed that it snowed for the first time in like 30 years or so, so they canceled school for the kids.

It was on December 19, 2008. That will stay in my heart forever. <3
 
Well, to be fair, even a little bit of snow melting and then freezing again can give horrible icy conditions, so if you're in an area that doesn't usually have snow (and thus no one is equipped with winter tires and the like) it CAN be dangerous to drive, and that's usually the kind of condition that gets school buses (and by extension, schools) cancelled.

Though they never bother with that here because it's your own damn fault if you don't have winter tires in most of Canada. XD;
 
While temperatures where I live can easily go down to 32°F or below during the winter, the elevation is too low for actual snow to fall. The only precipitation that I get is rain, rain, and more rain.
 
We have 27 degrees apparently today. Not as warm as it should be :(
 
Assuming that's Celcius since it's nearing summer there. XD;

Wow, that's already too hot for my tastes. :( I'm quite content with aboooout... 22 degrees. Anything higher and I start to complain. Anything above 30 and you have to fight to get me out of the air conditioned house.
 
I'm remarkably tolerant of high temperatures. 27°C is nothing to me. Hell, I can put up with 30°C, though that's starting to push it for me.

Needless to say, I'd rather be hot than cold.

No, I'm saying if Flareon was out in battle in the first place. The other player would switch to a water type, or anything with an advantage since flareon has very little type coverage(barring HP) :/

And suicide moves are awesome. If you know that you're going to die, you might as well take most of their health down with you. Brave bird FTW.
I really don't think that Flareon has enough speed to take advantage of it, 65 base speed is below mediocre.

Ugggh total opposite here. If you're cold, you can always put on an extra sweater or two, or even your jacket if it's bad enough. (Hats help too!)

But if it's too hot? The most you can do to cool down is strip naked and let's be honest, it's a very rare occasion when that's a socially acceptable solution. :'( I much prefer the cold.
 
Okay, dry heat is tolerable, just like dry cold (though as with cold, probably only to a certain point).

But pretty much everywhere I've lived in Canada has had terribly wet winters (Vancouver, Halifax, Southern Ontario) so... I don't get the chance to have dry winters or summers, for that matter. u_u;;

Ugh you guys are making me want to turn the heat all the way down in this house. Landlord would love me but my housemates would slaughter me. XD;
