How does one stalk another person?

You follow them on Facebook, Twitter, stalk their blogs, and if possible, go into their house and put a tracking device into something they commonly wear. It's all pretty simple really.

As for Anime, I never have time to actually sit down and watch it. If it was on the TV, it would be different, but all the good ones are online... so... yeah.
