Ya... we usually assume we're talking to other americans.

Any country outside of the US is third-world and we don't expect any of those peeps to have access to the internet.

Thankfully the US has started out-sourcing their internets to us third-world countries, DSL is unbelievably fast!

I guess it's the majority of older people, and then they have kids, who learn from their parents and it's basically a circle..
